DO NOT under any circumstances ask someone who happens to be in a stall next to you to pass the toilet paper. If you have just finished conducting business and realize that you do not have anything to wipe with you either:
A) Man up and use the roll or a sock
B) Wait until the coast is clear and hop into another stall
At no point in the bathroom process should you exchange anything hand to hand with another person.
