Rule # 7: No Cell Phones
When in the John, no one wants to hear your conversation with Aunt Edna. Not only that, but Aunt Edna doesn't want to hear your butt's conversation with the toilet. So get off the cell phone while you are in the public restroom!
And it's not like you can hide the sound of another toilet flushing or someone pissing from the other stall. What do you think the person on the other end is thinking of you?!?! They're belief in you as a clean, decent individual is definitely being flushed down the toilet if you talk to them on the phone while you are using the John.
